Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.
Most orders are expected to arrive within 3-20 days, although some products may arrive sooner depending on your location and the supplier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination and the products in your order.
Eligible orders qualify for free shipping once the applicable order threshold for your region has been reached.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to your order status page.
Tracking numbers are typically generated within 5-7 business days after your order is placed.
From your order status page, you can also choose to receive shipping updates via:
- SMS/Text Message
- Facebook Messenger
Where supported by the shipping carrier, you'll also receive automatic notifications when your package is Out for Delivery and Delivered.
If your tracking information has not updated within 7-10 business days after placing your order, we recommend checking your shipment using AfterShip, which often displays carrier updates sooner than individual postal services.
Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to routine customs inspection.
Based on the suppliers we currently work with, customers should not be charged additional customs or import fees. If you encounter an unexpected customs charge, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
