30-day money back guarantee
We will refund your order in full within 30 days if you are unhappy with the item, received the wrong product, received a damaged or faulty product, or if your item was damaged during shipping. Please contact us and we will guide you through the return process.
Once your return is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment used, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7-10 business days, please contact your financial institution or your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Missing Items
If your package arrives missing an item or items, we will send replacement of the same. If a refund is preferred, photographic evidence of the shipping label showing the shipping weight needs to be provided so that we can match it against what was scanned before leaving the fulfillment centre.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, please contact us.
Ordered the wrong size? We’ll gladly exchange your item for one in the correct size at no extra charge. Or, if no alternative size is available, we will provide store credit for the amount of the item that was originally ordered. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
